This is the informational site for Yummster, operated by Yuzupup, S.A.S. de C.V. (in formation), acting through its legal representative. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, simply do not use the site; there are no accounts or payments involved.

The waiting list

• Joining is free and creates no obligation for you.
• A spot on the list does not guarantee access to the closed beta or a specific date; we open spots in batches and notify you by email.
• You can leave whenever you want (see the Privacy notice).

What we say about the product

Yummster is under construction. What this site describes reflects the product and our plans as of the update date above; features marked as future are development intentions, not promises or committed dates. We may change the product, the plans, and this site without prior notice.

Intellectual property

The Yummster brand, the Yummsterio character, and the texts, illustrations, and photographs on this site are the property of Yuzupup, S.A.S. de C.V. (in formation) You are welcome to share links to the site; copying, modifying, or commercially exploiting these materials without written permission is not allowed.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the waiting-list form to register email addresses that are not yours.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation or access other people's data.

No warranties

The site is provided as is, with no guarantees of continuous availability or freedom from errors. To the extent the law allows, Yuzupup, S.A.S. de C.V. (in formation) is not liable for damages arising from the use of this informational site.
